9And thou Salomon my son, know the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart, and a voluntary mind: for our Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all cogitationes: anxious schemings; thoughts, the workings of the mind of minds. If thou seek him, thou shalt find: but if thou forsake him he will reject thee for ever.And thou Salomon my sonne, know the God of thy father, and serue him with a perfect hart, and a voluntarie minde: for our Lord searcheth al hartes, and vnderstandeth al cogitations of mindes. If thou seeke him, thou shalt finde: but if thou forsake him he wil reiect thee for euer.✦Tu autem, Salomon fili mi, scito Deum patris tui, et servito ei corde perfecto, animo voluntario : omnia enim corda scrutatur Dominus, et universas mentium cogitationes intelligit. 15And for golden candlesticks also, and their lamps, gold according to the measure of every candlestick, and of the lamps. 17For flesh hooks also, and phialas: a small glass medicine bottle; a shallow drinking bowl or saucer-cup, and censers of most pure gold, and for little lions of gold, according to the quality of the measure he distributed a weight, for lion and lion. 20David also said to Salomon his son: Deal viriliter: in a way befitting a man; bravely, valiantly, with courage, and take courage, and do it: fear not, and be not dismayed: for our Lord my God will be with thee, and will not leave thee, nor forsake thee, till thou perfect all the work of the ministry of the house of our Lord.Dauid also sayd to Salomon his sonne: Deale manfully, and take courage, and doe it: feare not, and be not dismayed: for our Lord my God wil be with thee, and wil not leaue thee, nor forsake thee, til thou perfite al the worke of the ministerie of the house of our Lord.Dixit quoque David Salomoni filio suo : Viriliter age, et confortare, et fac : ne timeas, et ne paveas : Dominus enim Deus meus tecum erit, et non dimittet te nec derelinquet, donec perficias omne opus ministerii domus Domini.
