2My heart is ready O God, my heart is ready: I will chant, and will sing in my glory.MY HART is readie ô God, my hart is readie: I wil chaunte, and wil ſing in my glorie.Paratum cor meum, Deus, paratum cor meum ; cantabo, et psallam in gloria mea.
3Arise my glory, arise psalterium: a book of psalms; a psaltery, a stringed instrument, and harp: I will arise early.Ariſe my glorie, ariſe pſalter, and harpe: I wil ariſe early.Exsurge, gloria mea ; exsurge, psalterium et cithara ; exsurgam diluculo.

12Wilt not thou O God, which hast repelled us, and wilt not thou go forth O God in our virtutibus: guests, or a multitude; armies, forces drawn up in array?Wilt not thou ô God, which haſt repelled vs, and wilt not thou goeforth ô God in our hoaſtes?nonne tu, Deus, qui repulisti nos ? et non exibis, Deus, in virtutibus nostris ?
13Give us help out of tribulation: because man's salvation is vain.Geue vs helpe out of tribulation: becauſe mans ſaluation is vayne.Da nobis auxilium de tribulatione, quia vana salus hominis.
14In God we shall do strength: and he will bring our enemies to nothing.In God we ſhal doe ſtrength: and he wil bring our enemies to nothing.In Deo faciemus virtutem ; et ipse ad nihilum deducet inimicos nostros.
