The Psalm of David.The Pſalme of Dauid.Psalmus David. Dominus regit me, et nihil mihi deerit :

Our Lord ruleth me, and nothing shall be wanting to me: in place of pasture there he hath placed me.OVr Lord ruleth me, and nothing ſhal be wanting to me: in place of paſture there he hath placed me.in loco pascuæ, ibi me collocavit. Super aquam refectionis educavit me ;

Upon the water of refectionis: a light meal, a snack; refreshment, restoration he hath brought me up: he hath converted my soul. He hath conducted me upon the paths of justice, for his name.Vpon the water of refection he hath brought me vp: he hath conuerted my ſoule. He hath conducted me vpon the pathes of iuſtice, for his name.animam meam convertit. Deduxit me super semitas justitiæ propter nomen suum.

For, although I shall walk in the midst of the shadow of death, I will not fear evils: because thou art with me. Thy rod and thy staff: they have comforted me.For, although I ſhal walke in the middes of the ſhadow of death, I wil not feare euils: becauſe thou art with me. Thy rod and thy ſtaffe: they haue comforted me.Nam etsi ambulavero in medio umbræ mortis, non timebo mala, quoniam tu mecum es. Virga tua, et baculus tuus, ipsa me consolata sunt.

Thou hast prepared in my sight a table, against them; that trouble me. Thou hast impinguasti: anointed richly, made abundant, not fattened for slaughter my head with oil: and my chalice inebrians: filling to overflowing, brimming how goodly is it!Thou haſt prepared in my ſight a table, againſt them; that truble me. Thou haſt fatted my head with oyle: and my chalice inebriating how goodlie is it!Parasti in conspectu meo mensam adversus eos qui tribulant me ; impinguasti in oleo caput meum : et calix meus inebrians, quam præclarus est !

And thy mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And that I may dwell in the house of our Lord, in longitudinem: length, duration; a long time, not the geographic coordinate of days.And thy mercie ſhal folow me al the dayes of my life: And that I may dwel in the houſe of our Lord, in longitude of dayes.Et misericordia tua subsequetur me omnibus diebus vitæ meæ ; et ut inhabitem in domo Domini in longitudinem dierum.
