2Save me O God: because waters are entered into my soul.SAve me ô God : becauſe d waters are entered into my ſoule.Salvum me fac, Deus, quoniam intraverunt aquæ usque ad animam meam.
3I stick fast in the mire of the depth: and there is no sure standing. I am come into the depth of the sea: and a tempest hath overwhelmed me.I e ſticke faſt in the myre of the depth: and there is no ſure ſtanding. I am come into the depth of the ſea : and a tempeſt hath ouerwhelmed me.Infixus sum in limo profundi et non est substantia. Veni in altitudinem maris, et tempestas demersit me.

5They are multiplied above the hairs of my head, that hate me without cause. 7Let them not be ashamed upon me, which expect thee O Lord, Lord of hosts.
