2O God who shall be like to thee? hold not thy peace, neither be thou compescaris: placated, pacified; restrained, kept still O God:O God a who ſhal be like to thee? b hold not thy peace, c neither be thou appeaſed ô God:Deus, quis similis erit tibi ? ne taceas, neque compescaris, Deus :
3For behold thine enemies have made a sound: they that hate thee, have lifted up the head.For behold d thine enimies haue made a ſound: they that hate thee, e haue lifted vp the head.quoniam ecce inimici tui sonuerunt, et qui oderunt te extulerunt caput.
