And concerning the collections that are made for the saints, as I have ordained to the Churches of Galatia, so do ye also.AND concerning the collections that are made for the sainctes, as I haue ordeined to the Churches of Galatia, so doe ye also.De collectis autem, quæ fiunt in sanctos, sicut ordinavi ecclesiis Galatiæ, ita et vos facite.
2In the first day of the Sabbath let every one of you put a part with himself, laying up what shall well like him: that not when I come, then collections be made.In the first day of the Sabboth let euery one of you put a part vvith him self, laying vp vvhat shal vvel like him: that not vvhen I come, then collections be made.Per unam sabbati unusquisque vestrum apud se seponat, recondens quod ei bene placuerit : ut non, cum venero, tunc collectæ fiant.

7For I will not now see you by the way, for I hope that I shall abide with you some little time, if our Lord will permit. For I vvil not novv see you by the vvay, for I hope that I shal abide vvith you some litle time, if our Lord vvil permit.Nolo enim vos modo in transitu videre, spero enim me aliquantulum temporis manere apud vos, si Dominus permiserit.

13Watch ye, stand in the faith, do viriliter: courageously, like men, valiantly, and be strengthened.VVatch ye, stand in the faith, doe manfully, & be strengthened.Vigilate, state in fide, viriliter agite, et confortamini.
