5And all were gathered that were of the tribe of Juda, and of Benjamin within three days in Jerusalem: this is the ninth month, the twentieth day of the month.And al were gathered that were of the tribe of Iuda, and of Beniamin within three dayes in Ierusalem: this is the ninth moneth, the twentith day of the moneth.Et congregati sunt omnes qui erant ex tribu Juda, et Benjamin in tribus diebus in Jerusalem. 8And now give confession, and magnificentiam: the ascribing of glory, the giving of praise to our Lord the God of our fathers:And now geue confession, & magnificence to our Lord the God of our fathers:Et nunc date confessionem, et magnificentiam Domino Deo patrum nostrorum :
9and accomplish his will, and depart from the nations of the land, and from your wives the strangers.and accomplish his wil, and depart from the nations of the land, and from your wiues the strangers.et perficite voluntatem ipsius, et discedite a gentibus terræ, et ab uxoribus alienigenis.
10And all the multitude cried, and they said with a loud voice: As thou hast said, we will do.And al the multitude cried, and they sayd with a lowde voice: As thou hast sayd, we wil doe.Et clamavit omnis multitudo, et dixerunt voce magna : Sicut dixisti, faciemus.

12Let the rulers of the multitude stand, and that dwell with us, and as many as have with them foreign wives,Let the rulers of the multitude stand, and that dwel with vs, and as manie as haue with them forreine wiues,stent præpositi multitudinis, et omnes qui nobiscum inhabitant, et quotquot habent uxores apud se alienigenas,
13and at a time appointed let the priests out of every place, and the judges assist, until they appease the wrath of our Lord concerning this business.and at a time appointed let the priestes out of euerie place, and the iudges assist, vntil they appeaze the wrath of our Lord concerning this busines.et assistant accepto tempore ex omni loco presbyteri, et judices usquequo solvant iram Domini negotii hujus.

54And the Levites denunciabant: proclaimed, gave public notice openly to all, saying: This day is holy, be not sad.And the Leuites denounced openly to al, saying: This day is holie, be not sad.Et Levitæ denunciabant in publico omnibus, dicentes : Dies hic sanctus est, nolite mœsti esse.
