²Six days you shall do work: the seventh day shall be holy unto you, the sabbath, and rest of our Lord: he that shall do any work in it, shall be slain.Six dayes you shal do worke: the seuenth day shal be holie vnto you, the sabbath, and rest of our Lord: he that shal do anie worke in it, shal be slaine.Sex diebus facietis opus : septimus dies erit vobis sanctus, sabbatum, et requies Domini : qui fecerit opus in eo, occidetur.

³You shall not kindle fire in all your habitations on the sabbath day.You shal not kindle fire in al your habitations on the sabbath day.Non succendetis ignem in omnibus habitaculis vestris per diem sabbati.

⁷and rams skins dyed red, and ianthine skins, the wood setim,and rammes skinnes dyed redde, and ianthine skinnes, the wood setim,pellesque arietum rubricatas, et janthinas, ligna setim,

⁸and oil to maintain lights, and to make ointment, and most sweet incense.and oile to maintaine lightes, and to make ointment, and most sweete incense.et oleum ad luminaria concinnanda, et ut conficiatur unguentum, et thymiama suavissimum,

¹⁹the Vestments, that are to be used in the ministry of the sanctuary, the vesture of Aaron the high Priest, and of his sons, to do the function of Priesthood unto me.the Vestments, that are to be vsed in the ministerie of the sanctuarie, the vesture of Aaron the high Priest, and of his sonnes, to do the function of Priesthood vnto me.vestimenta, quorum usus est in ministerio sanctuarii, vestes Aaron pontificis ac filiorum ejus, ut sacerdotio fungantur mihi.

²¹offered first fruits to our Lord with a most prompt and devout mind, to make the work of the tabernacle of the testimony. Whatsoever was necessary to the service thereof and to the holy vestiments,offered first fruites to our Lord with a most prompt and deuoute minde, to make the worke of the tabernacle of the testimonie. Whatsoeuer was necessarie to the seruice therof and to the holie vestiments,obtulerunt mente promptissima atque devota primitias Domino, ad faciendum opus tabernaculi testimonii. Quidquid ad cultum et ad vestes sanctas necessarium erat,

²²both men and women did give, tablets and earlets, rings and bracelets: every vessel of gold was separated for the donaries of our Lord.both men and wemen did giue, tabletes and earlets, ringes and bracelettes: euerie vessel of gold was separated for the donaries of our Lord.viri cum mulieribus præbuerunt, armillas et inaures, annulos et dextralia : omne vas aureum in donaria Domini separatum est.

²³If any man had hyacinth, and purple, and scarlet twice dyed red, and ianthine skins,If anie man had hyacinth, and purple, and scarlet twise dyed redde, and ianthine skinnes,Si quis habebat hyacinthum, et purpuram, coccumque bis tinctum, byssum et pilos caprarum, pelles arietum rubricatas, et janthinas,

²⁴metal of silver and brass, they offered to our Lord, and the wood setim for diverse uses.metal of siluer and brasse, they offered to our Lord, and the wood setim for diuerse vses.argenti, ærisque metalla, obtulerunt Domino, lignaque setim in varios usus.

²⁶and goats hair, giving all of their own accord.and goates haire, giuing al of their owne accord.et pilos caprarum, sponte propria cuncta tribuentes.

²⁹All men and women with devout mind offered donaries, that the works might be made which our Lord had commanded by the hand of Moyses. All the children of Israel did dedicate voluntary things to our Lord.Al men and wemen with deuoute minde offered donaries, that the workes might be made which our Lord had commanded by the hand of Moyses. Al the children of Israel did dedicate voluntarie thinges to our Lord.Omnes viri et mulieres mente devota obtulerunt donaria, ut fierent opera, quæ jusserat Dominus per manum Moysi. Cuncti filii Israël voluntaria Domino dedicaverunt.

³¹And hath filled him with the spirit of God, with wisdom and intelligence, and science and all learning,And hath filled him with the spirit of God, with wisdom and intelligence, and science and al learning,implevitque eum spiritu Dei, sapientia et intelligentia, et scientia et omni doctrina,

³²to devise and to make work in gold and silver, and brass,to deuise and to make worke in gold and siluer, and brasse,ad excogitandum, et faciendum opus in auro, et argento, et ære,

³³and in graving stones, and in carpenters work. Whatsoever can be devised artificiallyskilfully, by a craftsman's art, not modern "fake/synthetic" · Vulgate: fabre,and in grauing stones, and in carpenters worke. Whatsoeuer can be deuised artificially,sculpendisque lapidibus, et opere carpentario, quidquid fabre adinveniri potest,
